Features of school
- Perfect for beginners! A curriculum designed to nurture food creators from scratch.
-
We start from the absolute basics, such as how to wear a chef's coat and how to hold a knife. We understand the common concerns students have, such as "Can I keep up with the classes?" or "Will I be able to develop my skills?"
In addition to strong support during practical training, we offer comprehensive follow-up programs, including "remedial education" to reinforce fundamental knowledge and "skill-up classes" for intensive practice until mastery is achieved. - Learn directly from top-tier instructors from Japan and around the world.
-
To become the best, you must learn from the best.
Special guest instructors include top professionals actively working at the forefront of the culinary world, such as Hiroyuki Sakai of "La Rochelle," Tsutomu Ochiai of "La Bettola," Mamoru Kataoka of "Al Porto," Hikonobu Tan of "Akasaka Rikyu," Kanjiro Mochizuki of "Imperial Hotel," and Junji Tokunaga of "Équilibre." Students receive direct instruction from these experts, gaining not only their knowledge, skills, and experience but also their professional mindset and philosophy. - Outstanding employment success driven by a long history and meticulous support.
-
We maintain strong connections with companies and restaurants to provide tailored job placement support for each student. At the Career Center, dedicated "Career Concierges" with industry experience offer personalized guidance and assistance.
Each student has access to approximately 20 job opportunities, but we prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring that positions offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.
Our support extends beyond immediate job placement after graduation—we provide lifelong assistance for career advancement, job changes, and even independent business ventures, helping graduates achieve their dreams.

Information about dormitory, apartment
Although Hattori does not have its own dormitories, students can feel secure even when living alone for the first time thanks to partnerships with dormitories, student apartments, and solo-living support services.
Additionally, there are well-established systems in collaboration with companies, such as the "Dormitory Part-Time Job Advancement Program," which allows students to live in employee dormitories at their part-time workplace while studying.
