名古屋スイーツ&カフェ専門学校(Nagoya Sweets & Café College)
Become a professional patissier or café expert who earns heartfelt “thank yous”!
Introduction of school
≪Master sweets, bread, café, and drinks comprehensively, and learn a wide variety of recipes in two years!≫
One of the greatest attractions of this school is the ability to comprehensively learn sweets, bread, café, and drinks, and then choose a specialized course. After gaining a broad foundation of skills and knowledge in the first year, students move on to select a course in their second year—Patissier Course / Café & Barista Course / Boulanger & Breadmaking Course / Sweets Café Creator Course—to acquire more advanced techniques and knowledge. By focusing deeply on what you love, you can gain applied skills and broaden your future career options.
≪Close communication with teachers! Reliable homeroom teacher system≫
This school uses a homeroom teacher system, where a teacher supports each student from enrollment through graduation. You can talk to them freely about any concerns, not only school-related matters.

Features of school
- Students plan and operate a full-fledged café & patisserie! On-campus shop training
-
The school has a real café and patisserie on campus, "Café Les oeufs." Students plan and manage their own original café using this facility. From menu planning to shop display, customer service, and creating sweets and drinks, students can put into practice everything they’ve learned in class. It also allows them to experience real-life challenges and mistakes together with their peers.
- 100% of second-year classes are practical training*
-
With an overwhelming amount of hands-on training over two years, students acquire solid technical skills. In the second year, 100% of classes (excluding the Sweets Café Creator Course) are practical or hands-on. Students work on a wide range of menus in class, building the ability to become an immediate asset in the workplace. The school also offers rich opportunities to further improve skills through activities like shop sales practice and extracurricular events inside and outside the campus.
*Excludes the Sweets Café Creator Course - 98.5% job placement rate*! Comprehensive job support to help realize your dream
-
The school offers strong job support to help every student achieve their dream. Three teachers work together to support each student: a homeroom teacher who knows the student’s personality and abilities, a regional advisor with deep knowledge of local job markets, and a practical training teacher who still works on the front lines. This is the school’s unique "3Teachers System."
