Learn what you love at OIC and enjoy your work.
Introduction of school
Passion is the driving force behind learning — that’s what OIC believes.
We want students to experience the joy of learning what they love and the excitement of growing day by day through hands-on, real-world training. Of course, whenever students face challenges or feel overwhelmed, we’re here to support them every step of the way.
Gaining specialized knowledge and skills is great, but what’s even better is being able to apply those skills in a job you love. Still, at OIC, getting a job isn’t the final goal.
Our education is about equipping students with the ability to keep learning and growing even after they enter the workforce.
OIC is a vocational school that nurtures the next generation of engineers and creators who are ready for that kind of future.

          Features of school
- Job offer rate: 97.5%! (Based on 2025 March graduates)
-
At OIC, we help students land jobs in their desired industries through a variety of support initiatives.
These include the “Career Boot Camp,” an event to prepare students for job hunting, as well as on-campus briefings and selection sessions where students can meet directly with company recruiters—about 100 companies participate annually.
In addition, seminars by major IT companies, as well as game, video, and design firms, provide opportunities to explore a wide range of industries through OIC’s strong network.
- Top-class national certification achievements in the Kansai region
-
At OIC, students are exempt from the morning portion of the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination, which is considered the gateway to IT careers.
In 2024, 274 students earned national IT certifications, with over half—180 students—passing the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination.
OIC has also produced successful candidates for Level 4 national certifications, the most difficult in the field.
- Affordable tuition fees
-
With affordable first-year tuition ranging from ¥1,150,000 to ¥1,200,000 (after applying the AO admission scholarship), OIC offers extensive financial support to ensure that tuition doesn’t become a barrier to education.
This includes a special scholarship program providing ¥500,000 to ¥600,000 in the first year, various other scholarships, as well as deferred and installment payment plans.
 (Tuition varies by department.)
OIC is also eligible for the new Higher Education Support System.
