At Musashino Fashion College, students can experience hands-on learning that is useful in the real world. Based on our unique education system, the "incubate system," students acquire the four skills necessary for fashion professionals: inventiveness, creativity, customer service and expression in a practical manner.

Beginning in the first year, we educate students to increase their motivation for and knowledge of employment throughout the year. In addition to providing instruction and delivering information on companies and employment by class homeroom teachers and employment advisors, we put a lot of effort in individual counseling to provide granular support. Also, we actively hold seminars, guidance, and internships. Through getting a taste of the workplace environment, students eagerness for job hunting will also increase.
