The Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages has teaching staff from 23 different countries around the world. Our campus is akin to that of an international school, providing countless opportunities to experience and interact with different cultures in addition to improving one's foreign language skills.

The Village of Innovative Study and Training Access (VISTA) offers various means of experiencing and learning language, including VISTA ACT (Action Communication Training) where students can learn English in a hands-on manner, the VISTA SILC (Success Independence Learning Center) which offers quiet and focused study, and the VISTA ECL (English Conversation Lounge) for chatting in English with foreign nationals of the same age group.

KIFL students can study specialized skills under the leadership of highly experienced instructors from several industries, including skills necessary for working as airline cabin crew, hotel staff, foreign-affiliated company employees, interpreters and more. And learning is not limited to the classroom: we offer a wide range of hotel internships at both domestic and international locations, chances to try your hand at being a local guide overseas, and many more opportunities.
